Q. How do I place my order?
A. You have 2 choices - you can use the shopping cart to place your order and then at the end you will be asked if you want to charge your existing account or pay online with a credit card. Or alternatively you can download an order form and complete this by hand and fax it to us on 0800 322 327
Q. How do I get access onto the site to place an order and view the products?
A. You will need to be logged in to view our range. Current customers should already have a log in and password but if you have forgotten this please email us and we will reset this for you & send you out your reset password.
Q. What if I am a new customer and do not have a password and log in?
A. You will need to access the Products Page on our site and go to SIGN UP and fill in the details with your store name etc. Once your business has been verified a password will be emailed back to you and then you can view all areas of the site.
Q. Is my credit card safe - how secure is ordering and paying online with Green Sets?
A. Your information is one of our most important priorities and we use PayPal for all credit card payments. Our payment transactions are protected by 168-bit SSL encryption
Q. What online methods can I use to pay?
A. You can pay online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or if you hold an account, chose the option to " Charge my Account".
Q. Was the order that I placed yesterday received?
A. Once your online order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Q. Can I add to my order?
A. Yes you can add to your order and we can combine freight if your order has not already left our warehouse. Depending on if you paid by credit card, we cannot stop this payment going through and will need to create a separate order and payment for the second order.
Q. How do I log in to your new website?
A. You need to have signed up on the website and received your password prior to ordering online. Then you simply click on the Log In icon at the top of our Products Page, enter your username and password
Q. I can't remember my password.
A. If you can no longer remember your password, please go to the Log In section and click on the "Request New Password" button, and an email will be sent to you with a reset password to give you access and you can then reset your password to your preference. (If you do not receive a password you may not have registered online yet or we may have a different email address registered for you). Or you can phone the office on 07 8295678
Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. We aim to have ordered delivered within 3-4 days using Posthaste Couriers
Q. How do I change any information that I supplied when I registered with you?
A. If you are not placing an order but would like to change your personal information, please email us with your previous and new details and we will update these for you
Q. What are the freight charges?
A. We will always use the most cost effective means to get your order to you. As a guide, deliveries to the North Island are about 6% of the value of the total order and to the South Island freight is about 10% of the value of the order. We normally use courier but will also price it for our transport company.
North Island minimum charge is $6.50
South Island minimum charge is $8.50 (for a small package) and $13.50 for a regular size package
Q. Am I able to return stock?
A. We have a 7 day return policy and a full refund /credit of the purchase price will be issued providing the item arrives back in its original condition and the same packing that it was dispatched in. Strictly NO RETURNS on sale goods or clearance club items.
